Led by our Managing Director (MD), Growfast leadership team is responsible for the delivery of Company’s mission, vision and business plan established by the Board of Directors (BofD).
Growfast has 3 technical functions, responsible for our commercial strategy and delivery of Growfast services, supported by business functions.
The key to Growfast’s strategy is to maximise local content, not only through employment and investments, but also by transferring know-how and expertise.
We achieve this through training programs developed in partnership with our state-of-the-art, internationally recognised partners, actively contributing to Angola’s economic and social growth.
